iDRR – Radar Sensor

Description

The iDRR is indurad's standard sensor for most of our solutions in positioning and volumetric control. It works on the globally license-free 77 GHz band and performs up to 15 measurement cycles per second. The iDRR comes with an opening angle of +/-25° for near range measurements (approx. 25-30 m) but can also be set to distances of up to 150 m with a narrower measurement angle of +/-8°. The sensor can also be converted from 2D to 3D measurements for inventory control applications. This very versatile and robust sensor has been specifically developed for various fields of use in heavy-duty industrial environments and performs reliably in rain, dust, fog, snow and other difficult conditions.
